 Angel of Truth
An FOI member shares a unique experience that occurred on the Eve of Lughnasadh: I was very discouraged around the time of Lughnasadh, and thought
to myself "Why is it that some people feel threatened by, and/or do not wish to acknowledge
the truth of another?" I lay down and tried to regain my calm center, I was not awake nor half-asleep, but fully
conscious.
Suddenly, a solid form materialized in the living room about six feet away, at my feet. The figure
was rock solid real - then it dematerialized as I reacted in shock. But I could see it still in my 'mind's eye',
and felt a vital presence in the room with me. The figure was that of a man, perhaps in his 40s or 50s, not
elderly and not young. He had dark blond hair that was slightly longer than chin length,
not quite shoulder length. It was a bit wavy. His eyes were blue/gray. His face looked familiar as though I had seen it before,
but I still can't place him. He was wearing a robe, white, very simple, with a cord at the waist, long sleeves and reaching
just above his ankles. His feet were bare.
He came to stand beside me, and placed a sigil of some kind above my
third eye. I could see it, made of a kind of white light, imprinted above the skin, as though
on my aura, reminded me of what Reiki healers do. Energy came into my body, I immediately
felt strengthened. He took my consciousness to another level of being and raised me out of my emotional funk.
I
received several psychic impressions, not strictly as a verbal message, but communication of several ideas. Of the many things
he shared, here is part of the message: "Stay centered in truth, never give up faith
or hope in the power of the truth, that is your best protection." I felt power in the individual, and I am not
sure, he might have been an Adept that is working on the Other Side. He felt a little too
human to be an Angel strictly speaking, but he did have a power that made me think of the Archangel Michael. While sharing
this experience with a friend of mine a few days later, she reminded me that the Archangel Michael is known to be active,
his energies are particularly associated with, the time of Lughnasadh! I have done as the man in my vision suggested, and two very
pressing life problems have since been remedied.
